I had come over there on Friday to let you know that the LACK of live music from your camp woke me up!! :)) I also brought ya ice after that great rendition of We Need Some Ice...to the tune of Chariots of Fire. That was so great!!! Do you know where your camp will be located this year, cause I will for sure be by to say hello!!! -

Wed, July 28, 2004 - 11:39 AMYou know, I think I remember someone coming up on Friday and saying that the lack of music woke them up. I think that might have been the same morning of the We Need Ice Jam, which I played keyboards on. We were pretty lazy that morning. And thank you very much for the ice!!! If you want to go back to that lazy morning, there are mp3's of the "Ice Palaces Experiment" as well as some other recordings from HOTD last year up at this site...

We do not know as of yet where we will be placed, but we will be in the Theme Camp Directory. We will have a stage as there are people in our camp working on it as I type this. However, the big HOTD sign does not exist anymore as it burned at the end of the event last year; long story there. I hear people are working on a new one, but it may look quite different from the familiar "Loadie Beacon" that we used to have.

Look for the "Naughty Bar" We will be serving up Margaritas and Sangria and other tasty treats!
We will also have a daytime spa where you can get your fingers and toes painted - cucumber eye slices, a misting tent and possible massages.
My husband (Jeff) & I (Vanessa) will be celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary at Sunset on Fri... will be a fun cocktail party post-post critical tits!
